  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years and over)
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other social media best practices.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Exceptional knowledge of English, both in writing and speaking, is a must.
  • Knowledge of German is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Role description

We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our company's presence across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, as well as our blogs and newsletters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and oversee social media content creation, including planning, writing, and editing posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to create a consistent brand voice and message across all social media channels.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and the effectiveness of different content types.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools to manage and monitor platforms.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
