As our Operations Support Specialist, you will be challenged to be creative in supporting our Project Manager for various administrative duties surrounding a project, as well as support the daily operations of our company. 

Role description

  • Assisting the Project Manager

  • Reporting possible errors 

  • Supporting software clients

  • Researching and creating manuals, tutorials, and similar 

  • Maintaining the software data

  • To hold training for different modules of the software to clients

  • Providing IT support by creating a user set up of workplace

  • CRM administration

  • Support to other company's departments

Competencies

  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to communicate with the team

  • Advanced MS Office user

  • Proficient in documentation processes and keeping up with industry trends

  • Experience in CRM Systems

  • Interest in the IT industry and software development

  • Proactive, creative, and initiatives to propose new ideas and solutions to daily challenges
