  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and WordPress.

  • IT support experience, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new software quickly.

  • Prior experience in creating instructional content is a plus.

  • Server monitoring and maintenance experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a big plus

Role description

The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization by handling a wide range of responsibilities, including equipment installation, IT support, software maintenance, and more. This role requires a versatile professional who is proficient in various technical aspects and can adapt to evolving technology needs.


Office Equipment Management:

  • Install, move, and maintain office equipment such as chairs, desks, laptops, and PCs.

  • Configure and install software on laptops and PCs.

 

Website Management:

  • Upload content and make minor changes to the WordPress website

 

IT Infrastructure and Software Maintenance:

  • Perform Office 365 and SharePoint maintenance.

  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and email rules in Office 365.

  • Monitor servers and ensure software and certificates are up to date.

  • Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and reporting.

 

Onboarding and Training:

  • Onboard new employees by setting up accounts and providing necessary training.

  • Teach other team members about our CRM system.

  • Create instructional videos and documentation for software and processes.

 

Software Solutions and Reporting:

  • Identify opportunities for software improvements and suggest solutions.

  • Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve operations.

 

Ticketing System and IT Support:

  • Manage the ticketing system to address IT-related issues efficiently.

  • Provide IT support to various departments within the organization.
