Role Description

    As a Senior Recruiter (Researcher), you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment, from market research and talent sourcing to candidate selection and client coordination. This role focuses heavily on active sourcing, market intelligence, and strategic hiring support for international clients.


    Core Competencies:


    - Strong experience with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and databases

    - Skilled in interviewing and candidate assessment

    - Knowledge of local and international labour markets and trends

    - Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

    - High level of fluency in English (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus


    Key Responsibilities:


    - Proactively identify, research, and approach qualified candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, and alternative B2B tools

    - Design and implement effective recruiting and sourcing strategies

    - Forecast future hiring needs in coordination with clients and internal departments

    - Lead and conduct candidate screenings, evaluations, and interviews (phone/video/in-person)

    - Maintain and improve the recruitment database and tracking systems

    - Provide market insights and recommend improvements in sourcing, processes, and tools

    - Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding

    - Stay up to date with labor regulations and HR best practices

    - Develop and maintain a strong professional network
