Role Description
Our client is a fast-growing technology company headquartered in southern Germany. The company specializes in high-precision magnetic sensing technologies, delivering next-generation Hall-effect sensor solutions to clients in the automotive, industrial, and energy markets. With a focus on innovation and global reach, they are now seeking a seasoned professional to lead their technical marketing efforts for the Hall sensor product line.
Position Overview
This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for shaping global go-to-market strategies, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving customer engagement for the Hall-effect sensor business. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company's continued leadership and innovation in the sensor space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the global marketing strategy for Hall-effect sensor solutions
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Sales teams to define product roadmaps
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers, OEMs, and partners
- Create technical sales materials, tools, and training content for internal teams
- Track emerging technology trends and assess their impact on business strategy
- Support pricing models, forecasting, and profitability initiatives
- Work with Communications to produce impactful technical marketing content
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar (MBA is a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or business development in the semiconductor or sensor industry
- Fluent in English; German or Mandarin is a plus

- Solid technical understanding of Hall-effect sensor technologies and their applications
- Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Comfortable working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators
- Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
- Experience in global business environments preferred
