Role Description
- Performance Marketing Expertise – Strong experience in managing and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns, with a focus on direct response marketing.
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing – Ability to identify, manage, and scale influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Data Analysis & Optimization – Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and interpreting marketing metrics to improve campaign performance.
- Paid Advertising Management – Experience with paid digital marketing channels such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Growth Marketing Strategies – Ability to develop and implement innovative, data-driven growth strategies to maximize customer acquisition.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation – Skilled in running tests to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies for better conversion rates.
- Budget Management – Experience in effectively allocating and managing marketing budgets to achieve optimal ROI.
- Marketing Automation & Tools – Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, tracking tools, and attribution modelling to enhance campaign efficiency.
- SEO & Content Strategy (Bonus) – Understanding of how organic search and content marketing can complement paid acquisition efforts.
