Role Description

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring B2B clients for energy-saving solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment, excels at building strong client relationships, and has a structured, goal-driven approach to lead generation.


You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline, working closely with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies. Your ability to analyze market trends, communicate persuasively in German, and maintain organized CRM records will be essential to success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:


- Identify and qualify B2B leads, focusing on companies interested in LED lighting solutions.

- Engage in proactive outreach via phone and other channels to generate new business.

- Manage the full lead generation process, from prospecting to scheduling sales appointments.

- Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline to optimize conversion rates.

- Acquire and onboard license partners, expanding the reach of the company’s energy-saving solutions.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging business opportunities.

- Ensure all interactions are documented in the CRM system, keeping records updated and organized.

- Support the sales team by refining lead generation strategies based on data insights.
