    Role Description

    The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities and contributing to the overall success of our client’s team.


    Core Competencies


    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn) is preferred.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Fluency in English (C1 level) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.


    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Sales Support and Coordination:


    • Assist the Outbound and Executive Sales teams with daily administrative tasks.
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
    • Coordinate and organize sales events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
    • Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach efforts.


    2. Lead and Client Management:


    • Maintain and update the lead management system, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
    • Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
    • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and related documents.
    • Act as a point of contact for clients in the absence of the Outbound Sales Executive.
    • Assist in building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients.
    • Handle client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.


    3. Reporting and Analysis:


    • Assist in collecting and analyzing sales performance data.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales metrics and performance.
    • Provide feedback and insights to help refine sales strategies and processes.
